Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled calibration service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.

If a service has already been performed, refunds are not typically available as the service has been completed. However, if you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us to discuss the situation.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date and time that suits your schedule.
